Quality excellence has a home at PreciKam. This home, known as the Claude Eloy Knowledge Centre, is where all the training takes place. With all the Certifications PreciKam needs to keep, a physical location dedicated to continuous improvement became essential.
This training facility is adaptable to various types of training and learning styles. It is scalable for larger groups, peer training, or 1-on-1’s. Training is offered in English, French and Hindi. More languages are being added as needed.
Various topics are covered, including health and safety, quality, documentation, and practical training. PreciKam’s onboarding program is also run from here.

In Honour of Claude Eloy
No one has exemplified dedication to knowledge transfer like our very own, Claude Eloy. As PreciKam’s Health, Safety and Training Manager, Claude always put training, health, and safety first. Claude was involved in the plastics industry for over 35 years, and we were proud to have him as part of the team. Claude kept PreciKam safe during the Covid-19 pandemic and was a deep source for solutions to vexing technical challenges. He also was the source of most of the bad puns that hurled around PreciKam. It was a profound shock and loss to the PreciKam family, and even more to his wife and two sons (to whom he was deeply devoted and fiercely proud) when he suddenly passed away with skates on his feet and a hockey stick in hand.
This Training Centre is a legacy of Claude’s profound knowledge and willingness to share this knowledge with all his peers.
