Quality Management

PreciKam holds four of the most demanding Quality Management Certifications in our industry: ISO90001:2015, ISO13485:2016, AS9100D, IATF:16949:2016. This ensures that every process is set to the highest standard and closely monitored. Such a standard validates that all our products are consistently produced under the most demanding and effective Quality Management processes.

The Pillars of Our Quality Management

We take quality so seriously that while 100% of the team is dedicated to quality a full 12% work in that department. This is a significantly higher proportion than most other manufacturers would even consider. Though the investment in quality is substantial, PreciKam understands the importance of precision. Without superior Quality Management, PRECISION would not be one of our core values.

Our core value of SIGNIFICANT means that there is much at stake. Therefore, Risk Management and best practices are not optional.

Our Quality Management System ensures that every department at PreciKam runs like a Swiss watch. From production to purchasing, and human resources to executive teams, we undergo frequent internal audits. Our Core Value RESPECT requires that each department or process is audited annually with system critical or at-risk processes audited more frequently.

All PreciKam’s senior operators are LPA trained. LPA, otherwise known as a Layered Process Audit, is a structured and systematic audit of our processes. It is conducted by trained auditors who use a standard checklist to assess compliance according to specified standards, underline the importance of those standards, and identify areas for improvement. Any stated process inside an organization can be verified using LPAs, for example: equipment, materials, methods, manpower, or measurement. Combined, they are an essential part of quality control and can help improve safety, efficiency, and productivity. Our Core Value ACTION requires that LPAs are conducted frequently. In fact, we’re so transparent with our audits, that even our President has agreed to share his! See Jack’s audit.
