Design & Pre-Production
- Our QA specialists collaborate closely with designers and engineers early on to identify potential risk factors in the planning and design phase well before production.
- Every mold undergoes validation trials and a first-article inspection to establish a quality baseline.
- Specific requirements, such as tolerances and the frequency of inspection, are established.
- Validation requirements, documentation and quality processes are defined (e.g. IQ, OQ, PQ)
In-Process Quality Control
- Process parameters are monitored live to detect and correct deviations immediately.
- In-line visual and dimensional inspections help maintain real-time control.
- We apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to detect trends and prevent defects.
Final Inspection & Testing
- PreciKam’s labs include equipment for pressure testing, leak testing, impact limits, torsion, among many other tests offered.
- We perform comprehensive dimensional verification using calibrated gauges, CMMs, and comparators.
- Surface quality is assessed visually and under magnification for cosmetic and functional consistency.
- When required, we conduct functional tests to confirm performance under real-use conditions.
Packaging & Labeling
- We can produce both custom labels and or on device printing to meet your specific requirements (including UV printing). Custom labeling allows you to meet traceability and regulatory needs
- We offer clean room-compatible packaging options
- Inspection of final packaging is performed for accuracy and product protection
